I enjoyed the prompt assistance with a lighting issue in my room! The hotel location allowed a quick walk to town. Staff were helpful. Multiple employees offered assistance with luggage upon my departure. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided a welcome drink on my arrival, it was a nice touch.

The concierge ensured my luggage was handled with care. This was a relief. A champagne glass accompanied my check-in. It helped me unwind while admiring the view. The general manager, Kevin, really cared about my well-being. I felt very looked after.

the breakfast service disappointed me there were no glasses or bowls available i had to search for someone to bring some the fruit juice also ran out i asked for brown bread but received white processed bread the poached eggs were soft boiled instead of poached.
